Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from Auraveia within 7 days of the delivery date if the product meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If the item arrives damaged during transit.
  • Defective Products: If the product has any manufacturing defects or malfunctions.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that differs from your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other items included at the time of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the return criteria, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer support team at customersupport@auraveia.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #XXXX" (replace XXXX with your order number). Include a description of the issue and photos or videos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable.
  • Receive Authorization: Once we review your request, our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective product for the same item:

  • Follow the return process above.
  • Specify in your email that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
  • We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for eligible returns under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • If the product is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

Additional Notes

  • International Returns: Customers outside our primary shipping regions must cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  • Promotional Items: If a return causes your order to fall below the promotional threshold, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
